Once ordered and assembled, Balloon Pals can always be picked up at our store location, free of any shipping & handling charges. We will provide a clear plastic bag over top of each one for protection. Packaging and boxing for any other purpose does, however, have a $5.00 fee per item. Shipping by FedEx Ground has been found to be the most economical way of shipping a Balloon Pal. Because of it’s rather large size (30” tall) in comparison to it’s actual weight of less than 4 lbs, Balloon Pals must be shipped according to their “dimensional weight” of 35 lbs. |

How Long Will It Take? It takes about 1 day to make a Balloon Pal. After that, please see the Official FedEx shipping map to determine approximately how long it will be before your Balloon Pal arrives. Please remember that we only ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. It’s also important to remember that these are “Business Days” and they do not include Saturdays, Sundays or most Holidays. If your delivery is time sensitive, you should allow at least 1 extra day in case of shipping problems beyond our control. |

How much will it cost? To determine your shipping cost, it is important to remember 3 things; our zip code is 18643, the “dimensional weight” that you must use is 35 lbs, and that we Drop off at a “FedEx staffed location”. |
